Laziness…

05/04/2009 - Leave a Response

Oh my gosh, I haven’t written for… almost a month! Guess it’s called laziness or maybe it’s just because I’ve had so many other things to do in the last few weeks. I’ve been looking forward to the Easter break for a very long time - since the winter break ended, actually – and suddenly it was only days away! Ah, this i so nice! I can go relax and don’t bother if I might have homeworks to do or if I had to wake early!
The actual reason I’m suddenly blogging again, is that my Danish blog doesn’t work… There’s something wrong with the FTP program, so I can’t update anything, though I really wanted to today… Hopefully I’ll be able to post a Danish blog later and update some of the pages in there.

I don’t have anything exiting to write about right now, so I guess I’ll write later… Have a nice time everybody!

Weekend once again and housewarming

07/03/2009 - 3 Responses

Ah, weekend… That’s nice. Today I’m going to a housewarming with my sister and my parents. It’s my cousin and his wife who have just moved in to a hyper modern apartment, so I’m really looking foreward to see that. I think it’s really really cool!
Yesterday my sister was here, and we watched X Factor together. It was very cozy. I don’t know if I’m happy or sad with the competitor who was send home, I think it was okay…

I’ve just played Monopoly with Camilla – I really suck at it! I don’t even think I got the rules out clearly, I just played it… Did what I found the most logical. Now I’m going to talk with Tine and Rebecca and see eachother on the webcams. They’re together today, guess it will be pretty funny to talk with them!

I’m off now, maybe I’ll post another blog later this weekend, we’ll see. If so, I will probably tell of my cousin’s new apartment. See ya guys!

Skype and theatre play

02/03/2009 - 2 Responses

I’ve just sitting the whole day by the computer, just doing… nothing, really. I’ve downloaded Skype, so I have had much fun today talking with friends (singing?!) and so. It has been pretty funny! And hey, I really like this new head set.

Okay. Today at school we were going to enact a theatre play – Numskull Jack. I was one of the readers, it was pretty funny. I just suck at remember lines and so – I really don’t hope we have to know them already. But I like that we are making really different things compared to the original teaching. I like our teacher for that.
Though many of our teachers are sick, and we’re not really doing anything special, which is nice, it’s also kind of… SEND US HOME! I don’t see why we not just can get off from school, when we’re not even doing anything really. It sucks!

Okay, think I’m off now! Guess I’ll be talking with some of my friends at Skype right now – Growing addicted? ME?!

New lamps

01/03/2009 - 4 Responses

I’ve just been out to buy some new lamps for my new room. I got a white lamp for bacic light, and then three small lamps (a black, a white, and a red one) which are going to hang in a corner in different levels of hights. I think it’s going to be great! When my dad’s finished putting them up, I’ll snap some photos so you guys can see it.
When the lamps are up, I think my room is finally totally done. No more trifles.

Yesterday I watched “The Waterboy” with Adam Sandler on tv plus “Take the lead” with Antonio Banderas and Yaya DaCosta. Both great films. Especially “Take the lead”. “The Waterboy” was a bit coarse, but I did laugh sometimes. The concept resembles “Forest Gump” with Tom Hanks a bit.
Anyways, I liked “Take the lead” a lot. I knew Yaya from Topmodel, I think she is a pretty good actress also. Otherwise, some people want to try everything: song, acting, modelling… It’s just not everybody who is suitable for everything. Yaya did a great job anyway, I think. And then, of course, she looks pretty too. “Take the lead” did remind me a bit of “Shall we dance” with Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere. And also a bit of “Freedom writers” with Hilary Swank. Anyways, great film.

All right, don’t think I’ve got much more to say now, so I hope you guys are enjoying your weekend. It’s sad it’s already over tomorrow. Why is it that we don’t have off at mondays? I hate mondays…

Weekend! Yay!

Oh, I’m so glad it’s finally weekend. And then, on the other hand, it seems like this week has just begun… Gosh, time flies! I got fast through dance, it was not that bad… I’ve just evolved a kind of stress about the time up till dance, and I really don’t know why. It’s pretty frustrating.

Right now I’m sitting here and listen to music… It’s all from Linkin Park’s rock music, Justin Timberlake’s pop, Smash Mouth’s soundtrack music, the music from Twilight and oldies… Yep, I kinda like many different genres. I’m listening to both metal and classical music, dependent on my mood.

I haven’t really done anything exiting today. Yesterday I began to read Twilight once again… Wow, I’ve just forgot how awesome that book is! How could I ever forget? Guess I’ll read it many, many, many times in my live…

I’ve booked a book at the library today. Now I’m waiting for it to come home. It’s the book “Looking for Alaska” by John Green. Rebecca has told me, that it’s just great, so I’m looking foreward to reading it. Guess all the books she recommends are good, we kinda have the same taste…

Ah, I just looove this new head set, the sound is just great. Guess I look kinda like a pilot or something like that, they’re pretty big, but hey?! All of my music deserved it… I hope I buy some new loudspeakers some day. The two I have for my CD player are kinda awful… Argh! You know, “bad sound kills good music” - God yes!

Oh well, think I’ll go now. Rebecca has also posted a new blog, so I’m gonna read that. Right now “Moment’s Bliss” are running through the loudspeakers, and after that: “Numb”… Ah, how I love music.

Quote icons

I thought I wanted to create some funny icons. I’ve used quotes from Winnie the Pooh, which I find really sweet, intelligent. Hope you enjoy! Please note, as usual, these icons are for private use only.
The textures derives from www.colorfilter.net and www.avata.ucoz.ru.

Dance and weekend

27/02/2009 - 4 Responses

I was back at school today, and we made absolutely nothing. Two of our teachers were sick, so we kinda had subs the whole day… really boring, actually. But, you know. Sometimes it’s pretty nice just to make nothing, and that was exactly what we did.
And now we have weekend. Oh, that’s sooo nice. I can’t believe I’ve already written English blogs for a whole week. For now, I still love it… Let’s see how long it lasts.

Later I’m going to the dance studio… gosh, I really don’t want to go today. When do I want to go? It’s just been with a deep sigh that I’ve thought of the dance studio lately, I don’t like it anymore – really! I feel like the only reason I’m still there, is because of everyone else. Everyone like the fact that I’m dancing, and yes it is nice and all that, but… not really anymore. I don’t think I want to go there next year, though I’ve went there for about six years or so. It’s sad, but you know… sometimes you lose interest…

Okay… What am I up to in the weekend. Nothing, really. I think me and my parents are going out to find some lamps for my new room. I miss some light. Nothing else, additionally. I’m pretty tired right now, I don’t know why exactly. I think I’m tired of looking into a blank screen of the computer. Not many people are on msn, that’s too bad… I’ve checked all the blogs, nobody’s writing. Urgh, it’s just really boring! Come on guys, blog a bit… Anything! Yaawn. Think I’ll stop this blog now, don’t really have more to tell… so, goodbye!

A visit from my sister

26/02/2009 - Leave a Response

Yep, my sister comes to have dinner with us in the evening. My mom has made some baking potatoes and a fish course with rice and so. I think it will taste well. It is allways very cosy when she is here. We talk a lot and laugh together. It is very nice.
I’m feeling much better right now than this morning. I’ve still got a bit stomach ache, but hopefully it will be gone tomorrow. Camilla hasn’t been in school today either. She had problems with her throat and so – gosh, everybody is just sick! A classmate told me today, that even our homeroom teacher wasn’t there today. Guess she has problems with her throat too, she coughed a lot yesterday. And last, our English teacher wasn’t there either… Guess my classmates must have had a pretty nice day today. Lots of subs and so – no homework, I guess.

As I wrote this morning: I’ve just worked my but off last night with homework, and then I got sick, and wasn’t even going to school… Now I see, that not even my teachers was there, so I will be able to use my homework to something anyway. Guess we will go through them, when the teachers show up again.

I’ve just sat and listened to music. Muse and Paramore… I’m beginning to like Katy Perry’s “Hot’n'cold” also, I don’t know why exactly… Guess it’s because the song reminds me of Twilight, because somebody has made a Twilight parody with exactly that song in it. Though I hate the music video for ”Hot’n'cold” (it’s all hysterical exaggerated and pretty pointless) I kinda like the song now… Otherwise I use to listen to rock music or something like that.

Tomorrow I think I will go to the library to return two books and a cd. The one book is a crocheting book, which I won’t need until I’m almost done with my blanket. The other book is a novel called “Ainsha’s Story”. I haven’t read it, because when I booked it on the Internet, I had other thoughts about it. Then, when I got it, it wasn’t really what I thought… Of course, I know, I haven’t read it yet, and I should probably give it a chance, but I cannot be bothered actually… I can always book it again, but not right now… I do also have “The Host” to read, and “The lies of the God of Death” (gosh, the title sounds so funny in English). Then I will probably be reading some of Tamora Pierce’s books or Clare B. Dunkle’s. Or… Maybe I’ll read Twilight again, or Harry Potter.

Okay… The only reason that I made this blog, was because I was pretty bored… Hopefully we will have some dinner very soon, I haven’t really ate very much today.
I haven’t any other thing to tell now, I’ll be off. See ya guys!
